Refer a Friend — Program Terms

These Refer a Friend Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern your participation in the exportcomments.com referral program (the "Program"). By sharing your referral link or otherwise taking part, you agree to these Program Terms, which are in addition to and incorporate our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We may change, suspend, or end the Program at any time at our sole discretion; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

To take part as a referrer ("you"), you must have a registered ExportComments account in good standing. A person you refer ("your friend") must be a brand-new ExportComments user who has never previously registered an ExportComments account. Existing or returning users do not qualify. The Program is void where prohibited and is not available to automated, bulk, or commercially operated accounts.

Share your unique referral link with your friend. Your friend must (1) create a new ExportComments account using your referral link, and (2) complete their first successful export. Once both steps are met, your referral is considered "successful" and your reward is added to your account automatically.

For each successful referral, you (the referrer) receive one grant of the Personal plan, which provides Personal-tier access for its standard duration (currently 3 days). The referred friend does not receive a reward under this Program. Rewards are granted to the referrer's account, are personal to you, are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or combined with other offers except as we may expressly allow. Reward periods are applied as separate grants and do not extend any paid subscription you may hold.

A referral qualifies only if: (a) your friend signed up through your referral link; (b) your friend is a genuinely new, unique person and account; (c) your friend completes a first successful export; and (d) the referral does not breach Section 6. You may not refer yourself, and you may not reward yourself by creating additional or duplicate accounts. We determine, in our sole and reasonable discretion, whether a referral qualifies.

To keep the Program fair, we use technical signals to detect abuse — including, where available, the fingerprint of the payment card associated with an account, along with other device and account signals. We may withhold, delay, or revoke rewards, disqualify referrals, and suspend or terminate accounts where we detect or reasonably suspect abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: self-referral; creating fake, duplicate, or disposable accounts; using bots, scripts, or automation; sharing links via spam; and any attempt to circumvent these Program Terms or our anti-fraud measures. Accounts linked to the same person or payment instrument are treated as a single participant.

Qualifying rewards are normally applied automatically and shortly after the referral becomes successful; we will also notify you by email. Each Personal grant begins when applied and lasts for its stated duration (currently 3 days), after which it expires and does not auto-renew. Unused time is not refundable or extendable. We are not responsible for rewards lost due to inaccurate account information or delivery issues outside our control.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue the Program, or change reward types, amounts, durations, eligibility, and limits, at any time and without prior notice. We may also impose or change limits on the number of rewards a participant can earn. Changes do not affect rewards already validly granted before the change took effect, except where required to address fraud or abuse.

We process personal data in connection with the Program — such as your referral link activity and signals used to prevent fraud — in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By sharing your referral link, you confirm that the people you invite are happy to hear from you and that you have the right to contact them.

These Program Terms form part of your agreement with exportcomments.com. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Questions about the Program can be sent to our support team.
